Underwhelmed

Let me begin by saying that I really wanted like this application. I’ve been playing guitar for many years now and this type of program really piqued my interest but, I feel it didn’t live up to the hype or the price. Often times with moderately difficult songs it would either miss several chord changes, get the chords completely wrong or list the chords in the wrong locations in the song (roughly 2 bars later than the actual chord). Even with songs that only had a vocal and a guitar these issues were clear to see and, unfortunately, it wasn’t simply marking, for example, C# where it should have been C#m; it was more along the lines of marking a C# where it should have been an Em7.

I can’t give this application the rating I really wanted it to earn but I will be keeping my eye on it in hopes of future improvements!
